Because this kit is one of my absolute favorites I also ordered the Club Scrap Deluxe kit so I can make some scrapbook pages! If you never ordered from Club Scrap before I would highly recommend this kit as your starter - you won't be disappointed. (No I don't get any free products from them - I just LOVE their kits!)
Next week I will be attending the Club Scrap Retreat in Oshkosh Wisconsin! I can't wait. Here's a picture of me from the last year's retreat with the world famous Tricia Morris (Club Scrap owner)!
The new challenge on the Cards in Envy blog has two color options. Creat a card with baby blue colors OR a pretty pink colored card. It can be "baby" cards but it doesn't have to be -- any occasion works. I decided to choose pink and a baby card.
Over the 4th of July weekend we visited my brother and his wife. My SIL loves to scrapbook and make cards. I used some of her stash to make this card. The die cuts were so adorable, they are from Crafter's Companion Little Angel Signature Collection by Sara Davies. So stinkin' cute! So glad my SIL had those pink pearls to finish it off!
Check out what the other design team members came up with on the Cards in Envy blog and then link up your pink or blue cards!
I just finished up all my Club Stamp Pattern Play cards from the kit and I decided that the little gift cards Tricia had us making with the kit would be perfect for some small plain white gift bags I have. Then I decided to decorate the bags with the great "splash" stamp in the kit.
I am late adding this to the blog hop but the linky does stay open for 30 days. If you have a Pattern Play project to show link up on the Pattern Play Blog Hop page.
The new challenge on the Cards in Envy blog is for White on White cards. Cards should have a white background and white elements NO other color (but black or colored stamped sentiments are OK). I decided it was time to get cracking on Christmas Cards.
I used StampinUp Whisper White against StampinUp Shimmer White paper. Come check out what the rest of the Design Team came up with. Then link up your White on White creation on the Cards in Envy blog.
The new challenge on the Cards in Envy blog is for "manly" cards (for any occasion). This is the card I made for my Son-in-Law's birthday. It's a combination of Guardians of the Galaxy and Star Wars. Perfect for the nerds in my life!
The background and sentiment are from Neat and Tangled Stamps overlayed with Perfect Pearls and splatters. I got the Cricut images in last months mystery box. The inside reads "You were born." and Happy Birthday.

Today is the Club Scrap Adirondacks Blog Hop. I subscribe to the Club Stamp kit every month. But I also get an add on of the Club Scrap Embellishment Pack. I do this because it is a great way to stretch your Club Stamp kit and the extra embellishments in the kit (always some fabulous ribbons and charms) can enhance your Club Stamp cards even more. Here are three examples from the Adirondacks Club Stamp kit along with some great embellishments from the Adirondack pack.
Club Stamp card with Deer Charm and Kraft twine from embellishment pack.
Club Stamp card using cut-a-parts and ribbons from the embellishment pack.

Time for a new challenge on the Cards in Envy blog. This time we are looking for cards using your favorite color combo (two or three colors, any occasion). My favorite color combo is the good old "Red, White and Blue." (Would you expect anything different from a retired Colonel?)
In honor of Memorial Day coming up here's my card.
Come on over to the Cards in Envy blog and check out what the rest of the Design Team's favorite colors are. Then link up your card with us.
It is time for another challenge on the Cards in Envy Blog. This time we want to see cards that show Motherly Love (it doesn't have to be a Mother's Day card - just something showing motherly love).
You might notice a trend on my last few Cards in Envy blog posts. I am finally breaking out some of my "precious" Graphic 45 papers. The sentiment is stamped in VersaMark and embossed with Hero Arts White Satin Pearl Embossing Powder. So pretty. Here's a closeup.
